Carolina Colortones began in 1908 as Black Mountain Lumber Company, a small building supply company near Asheville, NC. Chuck and Helen Campbell purchased the company in 1979—they added a prefinishing operation service in the early 1980s. The Campbells separated the prefinishing operation in 1990 creating Carolina Colortones. Today, the Campbell’s sons Page and Guy manage the company, continuing the legacy of experience, knowledge, and quality.
Carolina Colortones works with siding manufacturers, wholesale lumber companies, large and small builders, and the DIY homeowner. They conduct business in most east coast states and work with projects all across the U.S.
